By accessing or using INBOVA MAIL (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

INBOVA MAIL provides temporary email addresses for receiving messages. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to break the law, commit fraud, impersonate others, harass or threaten anyone, distribute malware, send or facilitate spam, infringe intellectual property, bypass security or access controls, or interfere with the Service or other users.

3. No Sensitive or Confidential Use

Temporary inboxes are not private accounts. Do not use them for banking, payment services, password resets, identity verification, medical matters, confidential work, or sensitive personal information.

4. Public and Temporary Messages

Messages may be accessible to anyone who knows the relevant address. Messages are intended to expire after 24 hours, but deletion timing is best-effort. You are responsible for keeping any information you need before it expires.

5. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee message delivery, availability, accuracy, security, uninterrupted access, or retention for any particular period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, messages, profits, or business arising from use of the Service.

7. Suspension and Abuse Prevention

We may restrict access, block addresses, remove content, or take other reasonable steps to protect the Service, users, infrastructure, or third parties, or to comply with law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
