Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how INBOVA MAIL (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”) handles information when you use our temporary email service.
1. How the Service Works
INBOVA MAIL lets visitors create temporary email addresses at inbova.com and receive incoming messages. No account registration is required. The inbox is temporary and is not designed to be a private or secure personal mailbox.
2. Information We Process
When you generate an address, the Service creates a random address identifier. When an email is delivered, we process the recipient address, sender address, subject, message text and delivery time so the message can be displayed in the inbox. The email provider and infrastructure may also process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs under their own terms and policies.
3. Public Inbox Warning
Anyone who knows or guesses a temporary address may be able to view messages delivered to it. Do not use this Service for passwords, account recovery, banking, payments, medical information, identity documents, confidential business information, or any sensitive communication.
4. Retention and Deletion
Messages are intended to expire after 24 hours. Expired messages are removed when the Service performs its cleanup process. Cleanup is best-effort and may not occur at the exact 24-hour mark. Do not treat the Service as permanent storage.
5. Use of Information
We use message data only as needed to provide the inbox, maintain and secure the Service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not promise that the Service is suitable for confidential communications.
6. Cookies and Analytics
This version does not intentionally require account cookies. Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers may use essential technical mechanisms and collect service telemetry as described in their own privacy documentation.
7. Third-Party Infrastructure
The Service relies on Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database storage, and email routing. Your use of the Service may therefore involve processing by Cloudflare under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy as the Service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the operator through the contact method published on the official INBOVA website. Do not send sensitive personal information in a request.
Important: This template is a starting point, not legal advice. Before public launch, add the operator’s real contact details and obtain legal review for the countries where the Service is offered.
